help for GTA 3

i want to buy GTA 3 but can it run under a win98se. p3 1gh. 256ram. voodoo 3 3000. if you it does run good or not wat must i have to run it smootly

you should need a geforce 3/4 or a ati 8500 if you want to play it good or geforce 2 gts minimum i would say.

Any graphics card with 32mb on board (TNT2 Pro upwards) for the minimum. Other then your graphics card, I cant see u getting any problems with that setup u got.

i duno that the voodoo's have directx 8.1 support. you might be in trouble there.

they support directX 6 or higer i think

Doubt it Remco, most NEW games require at least DirectX 8 now, not 6. I'm lead to believe that Unreal Tournament 2003 will be the first game to require DirectX 8.1.
