The Acer *can* do DC stuff, even the discs with short audio tracks. The problem is that the drive announces itself as being SAO compatible, when it is not. Just set TAO mode in Discjuggler 3.00.750 or above and the Acer will work fine with DC games. It really is the drive to go for if you want to copy everything.

Just two things though...

1) You'll need a good CD reader, I'd suggest the Toshiba drives. Only problem with the Tosh is slowish DAE (7-16x).

2) The Acer is very media-picky. It will respond much better to gold media than blue/green Cyanine.
