any FAQ on how to chip a DC?

okey...

So all i need is the boot CD and then i can play copyed DC games to? My TV supports NTSC and PAL. all i need is a RGB-scart and thats no problem. But i really think i need a chip of some kind. It can't be that easy to play copyed DC games on a PAL DC.
