One of two solutions should work. In some cases, you can patch the files in the game for PAL rather than NTSC and reburn the game. If this isn't possible for you or it doesn't seem to work, the other option is to either use a MULTISCAN television (PAL/NTSC capable) or use a TV capture card on your computer. Most capture cards I've seen are supposed to adapt to NTSC and PAL (unless I am mistaken).

If someone else has more info on the PAL/NTSC cross-compatibility of TV capture cards for PC computers, please chime in.
