Wink community advice

lo all,
i'm just getting into on-line gaming and a friend has told me to get a better mouse.
so i thought i would tap into the wealth of experience here for a recommendation on the best mouse to get, i fancy a dual optical one, but i hear that you have to look at the hertz speed for on-line gaming.
any recommendations greatly recieved.
cheers

I had both optical mouses. Single and dual optical from logitech. I didn't noticed any difference. But both mouses are excelent for gaming.

i have the new dual optical Logitech and it rocks....BTW for everyone that uses optical single or dual, there are special mouse pads that make them WAY more stable and responsive. But the dual optical works great on a regular mousepad.
