External Modchip Good For DVD-R's?

Really that sucks, Good thing I didn't go out and buy the Pioneer A03. Where can I get the messah? Is this chip the best to have for DVD-R and CDROM. Im happy with my external modchip for cdrom games, but I want to start burning dvd games.

Thanks Again, I wouldn't no where to start with out these boards.
