HELP: Clicking Sounds and Read errors after Messiah install

I think I actually found out what is wrong...

I think I might have fried a couple of components by heating them too much (not to smart at all...).

I have attached a picture where I have circled 3 components in red - The 'black resistor' component reads 0 Ohms (which I don't think it is supposed to), I dont have a reading on the 'brown', and the 'big black one', I vaguely remember that the 'black resistor' read out something like 3.3 but I may very well be wrong -- can anyone help me out here please ?? The values on readout method would be great, cuz them I can get the components from my local eletronics outlet
