O.K here's the deal,
I tried using Megalexxx's 1st_Read.bin file using the echelon selfboot method. When it told me to use the ip.bin I did not have the specific sonic 2 one so I just used one from another game which may have caused a problem. As I feared, the game booted as far as the sega screen and then just reset itself over and over. Would the wrong ip.bin have caused this or is it just my dreamcast. I bought it last summer but it has been able to boot all the selfboot copies I have tried so I doubt that is the problem.
Any suggestions?
