Plextor Error Codes

I recently bought a Plex12/10/32A rewriter and have been using it with Clone Cd for PSX Backups and I have had no problems , until Today when I was trying to Backup Tiger Woods 2K I got this Messge "Writing to cd failed, MEDIUM ERROR:WRITE ERROR-RECOVERY NEEDED,(3:0x0c:0x07)" Please can anyone help

Sounds like a problem with the CD itself. Have you tried it more than once?

I have since been in touch with Plextor and the writer had to go back to Belguim for replacement.
