I downloaded all the files at Gamefix but they didnt work. it said "Can not find The sims data directory" Is there somewhere else i can get it?

you placed the fixed exe to the wrong directory....

What is a fixed exe? where do I put it?

You have to copy it where the original exe resides.
Do a backup of the original exe first!
