War Commander NO CD required.

I would appreciate any help in finding a working No CD file for War Commander Rangers Lead the Way.

I have tried the Executable on GameCopyWorld but it will not work properly. It will allow the game to run but the game locks up after the intro. I believe that this executable file is not for the same version of the game. It is a German Executable and I have a US version of the game. Can anyone help please?
