Colin McRae Rally 2.0 all versions NOCD/FIxed EXE ...not working. Help plz.

I have tried everything on GCW, the 1.09 patch, the 1.05 patchs for US and euro versions and no deal. I have tried the unsecurom ones in 98 and the newer ones in winXP pro. so far no combination seems to work. Anyone who has gotten this to work can email me at [email protected] if they can help me out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why is it everyone thinks we are Mind Readers?

What exactly is the problem? VLuka's patch runs just fine under WinXP and works as a NoCD to boot, there is no problem with that patch!!

Are you using it on an original installation of the game?

Im using an original installation, then using the codemasters 1.09 patch. After doing that I replace the cmr2 exe with the fixed exe on GCW. I tried the XP one and even installed in 98 to try the unsecurom ones. The really odd thing is, the first time I rn the game after replacing the fixed exe, if i go straight through the menus to an arcade race without changing ANYHTHiNG it will work, once. I can race one race. Now 640x480x16 with all the options off isn't too appealing so i go to change those options and the next time I goto race it asks for the CD. I think ive tried every possible combination for 1.09. I dont really NEED the 1.09, is there any version of the 1.05 fixed exe on GCW that you know works? Thanks for any help.

You don't need a Full install VLuka, Minimun install works OK too!

I tried your 1.09 patch and all the data gets pulled off the CD! I did a Minimum install and set the Res to 1024x768 32bit and the game ran fine!

Sound like his game isn't all there!!
