Mr. B.
I've already ruined two expensive CD-RW's. I've tried using the Hi-Speed certified media by Verbatim, but I only managed to burn them at 8x speed (should be 10x). Also, I had trouble erasing them afterwards and now I can't write on these cd rw's anymore at all. The writer says that Power Calibration failed.

What experiences have you made with that writer and rewritable media? Should I try different media or is there a problem with my writer?
