What DVD-R Drive is best for...
burning PS2 games, and DVD movies?? I'm sure some of you experts could inform me.....
From the cursory reading I've done the Pioneer DVD-A03 seems to be the favorite, but what about the newer DVD A04?? Last edited by PeteyPete; 22-03-2002 at 22:38.

There is very little difference in the two drives, If buying a drive for the first time buy the A04 but i see no need for A03 owners to update to this drive. The A04 may be a little faster but for PS2 games there is no need to burn faster than 2x, 1x for cheap media. both drives will only copy single layer 4.7gb dvd-r media so there is very little to gain.
