Yo basically if you are going for the Messiah,
A PAL set will be most obvious choice, given the fact that once Messiah is installed, you are able to play all imported games. If you are to get the NSTC, installing messiah is going to be some problem. Messiah is bascially the no swap mod, Thus the best there is right now. Contact Charlie or Dust for one.
