Burning Bloody Roar 3

Ok...I'm using Nero burning software and I've already burned Oni and it worked fine. But with Bloody Roar 3 it can't seem to work. I have a neokey and GS2 1.6 and the Oni game worked fine. Would I need to patch it or something. Would Clonecd work?
