Burning a "CDI" Image and I get an audio CD not a DC GAME!

First, you're not getting an AUDIO disc, but rather a disc that the Dreamcast cannot understand, so it defaults to the audio player.

Second, don't burn .CDI files using Fireburner. Use Disc Juggler instead (only), or convert them to .NRG files and burn with Nero.
