Sims Hot Date - is it XP compatible?

did u recently upgrade to xp and leave sims hot date installed from previous installation? try uninstalling and re-installing it.

Nope, had XP (professional version - would this make a difference) for some time now on my Daughter's pc. Works okay on 98SE not on XP. Ended up having to do a dual boot for her.

are you running a crack or patch on the XP machine? a lot of the cracks/patches on gamecopyworld are not win32 compatible. i had this problem with d2 LOD. it took FOREVER to find a patch that was ok. look for a Hot Date patch that is win2000 or XP compatible.
