Are you using an original OpF cd or a burned one? The burned OpF cds dont work well unless you made a perfect 1:1 copy. OpF has a real tough protection that deletes important files of the game if it thinks it's been burned or hacked. If you have the original reinstall then retry the patch, if you dont have the original cd e-mail me and I'll see what I can do.
