Q for Charlie

Charlie can you help please,I am trying to backup my ps2 dvd games,I'm using pioneer ao3 with either primodvd or nero.I've been onto psxcopyworld but am having trouble with your tutorials.With nero Iget to step105c and everything ok.But then no save image file appears it just starts to read,when its done it says my dvdr is too small.With primo how do I create the gi path,I click on browse but there are no gi files or folders to write to.
Please can you help
