Well, the thing is, every single drive in the world can make a "bad" copy. That's no big deal. But that is not what we should want. It is certainly no feat to be able to make a bad copy, anyone can do that. It is difficult to patch your game when a new version comes out without having a 1:1 copy. And if you have to get your original CD out just to update your game, what's the use of having a bad copy around????
Again, Gh0sth@cker can defend himself just fine, but if he seemed to come across as 'high & mighty' it's because he's been around the block several times and he knows his stuff really well, as several regulars posters here do too, and when he read your post claiming something that he knew was not true, he was simply trying to correct you on it, so as to not mislead other new visitors who might waste several CDs trying to 1:1 games with their Sony CRX140 after reading that yours could make a so-called perfect backup.
I guess it's all in how you phrase it, m8.
