dont worry, i did the same, use "NERO Program" to do a straight copy. ie - CD to CD with "on the fly" unticked. at no more than 4 speed write, it will take its time before it starts to burn about 3 mins to get past the 171 errors on the disk, after that it is plain sailing, with success, and no need to keep the cd in drive as you play the game.
