If you are talking about the likes in PlayBackup, Insektors, and Daemon Tools (earlier versions), then yes.
The newer SD2 games will check ur system for these programs and bomb out if they are detected - EVEN IF U HAVE THE ORIGINAL CD!!!!! If ur talkin bout Clone CD etc then no cos they are legit programs and if they blacklisted Clone CD I think Olli would be filing the lawsuit straight away.
