Yuri's Revenge No-CD crack?

I've downloaded the no-cd crack from megagames.com.
I uninstalled RA2 and then reinstalled it without crack, then I installed yuri's revenge, replaced the nal yuri.exe with cracked one, but it still doesn't work. Every time I try to play, it tells me to insert the damn CD.
What am I doing wrong?
Can you give step-by-step instructions on how to get Yuri No-Cd Crack to work? Gamecopyworld has good instructions on what to do but they refer everybody to megagames.com or goto.game.fix
