Sims NO-CD Crack won't work HELP!!!!!!!

help please...
I've downloaded the
####://gcw.ballball.net/files/flt-smhd.ace
and extracted it with
####://www.winace.com
then replace the sims.exe file with that of the downloaded version. but it won't work. it still says I need the cd.
what do I need to do?
