Getting Operation Flashpoint to launch without any cracks!

Ok..If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. I bought operation flashpoint and it wont launch with out me cracking it....the Operation Flashpoint logo appears....but then it just sits there. And so of course i cant apply any updates to the game because u evidentally have to be able to use the cd...and since it wont launch....it DONT WORK! Does anyone know y my computer wont play the game>?????It IS Authentic too. PLEAAAAASE someone help!

Mines not original, but it does the same thing. The only way of playing it is to crack it. I've cracked mine, but still can't install any updates.

If you say your disk is authentic then why don't you take it back to where you bought it and ask for a replacement.

Well, you don´t have to use the cd to patch to version 1.30.
There is already a nocd crack for the 1.30 patch at gcw at this url ####://www.gamecopyworld.com/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?NoCD_OFPPatch_Upgrade_1_30!zip
There´s a typo in the instructions but it´s easy anyway: just download this and use it on the official 1.30 patch to remove the cd check.
After that the patch should work, but you need a uncracked 1.20 ofp.exe or it will give a crc error.

There´s might still be a problem though if you (like me) don´t have the registry information.
Can you help me out here? I need the registry info thats at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Codemasters\Operation Flashpoint
cause i get the error "ofp is not installed" so i can´t patch it myself

Thanks for the info on the update crack mac. Its greatly appreciated. I still wonder y i cant play with the cd......idk, i did make an image of the game and crack the image for a friend to use, but that shouldnt make any difference, since ive reinstalled it many times. Ive had Nero image drive on my compute before.....evidentally a no-no to have when tryin to play ofp, but i uninstalled it a long time ago. IDK. i'll just hafta use the cracked update i guess.
