GTA3 is a DVD game. To copy it properly you'll need a DVD Burner (Pioneer A03). You can also rip the DVD via a DVD-ROM onto CD via a complex method. This has been done to death on the forum and you would need to search on the keywords DVD RIP GTA3 and proceed (or not) on the basis of what you read.
Bear in mind that for rips to get down to CD size you will have to: Remove movies/clips (might be important ones) Downsample movies you know are need Remove sound tracks
