Help - Newbie Dvd Ripper

I am trying to burn a ripped version of Burnout on to CD with Nero v5 with little success. I have copied the contents of mt Burnout dvd to my Hard Disk then used a rip kit to reduce the size - I have tried to compile a 'data cd' in Nero to burn it and on 2 occassions it has failed after getting to 100% on the burn.
Do I need to patch it - if so how? or will the rip kit already have patched it

Please help my collection of cd coffee cup coasters is growing!

I note that nobody has replied - so this might be as much as you'll get.

I've given up DVD ripping in favour of a DVR. But newcomers to the scene obviously want to rip as it's a lot of money to shell out on a DVR.

I'd have expected the rip kit to include instructions. One of the tools I'd expect to find mandated is CDRWin rather than Nero. So you're likely to be in some difficulty and I can't help you with detail on this one.

Anyway, there is a lot more info on DVD rippping at this site and I wish you luck.
