AR2 v2 Backup dilemma!

Has anyone successfully made a working backup of this CD??? I've tried with CloneCD, and the software won't read the disc...

Does anything work? I want to make a backup of my original and use it, so I can preserve my original and use the backup..

Cheers for any help.

Later.

how would you use the backup? you need to boot it with the original for it to boot at all, which would be kinda.. stupid.

a cdr copy of it won't boot, just like a cdr of a game will not just boot.

All of this would be assuming the fact that I would have a Direct Boot Mod chip installed - Messiah Lite. My primary concern is a peice of software that would infact make an image of the AR2 v2 CD..

This becomes a circular issue. Yes I have made a copy of AR2 and can load it behind DVD Region X. If I had the dongle, it would work all the way through.

So, to protect your original AR2, boot with DVD Region X. To protect your DVD Region X,........

CLoneCD will make a good copy. So will CDRWin.
