Help !

I bought a new computer a few days ago, and i can't play my backup games anymore. I keep receiveing the "insert cd" message, but I already cracked the file. I have a HP 8100 cdwriter and a sony cdrom drive, both of them are conected as master and not as slave on my motherboard. i don't know if it's that what's causing the problem... Someone please help me.
I live in Brazil and my computer is a k7 1.2 , powered by asus a7v 133.
