Can't burn Emperor: Battle for Dune

i wasted about 6 cds trying to burn this game, someone sent me a copy, now i want to make a copy and can't do it, i used latest clonecd and nero, the programs record the cd, but when i try to use it nothing works, i try to exec setup.exe and it says "file not found", all files are there but none works.

can anyone help on this??? thanks!!!
