I cant solve the macrovision madness for you however try this...
(1) if you are using 2000, me or beta Xp there was a offical macrovision release that fixed some minor bugs in sd2, me myself im not moving from 98 until somone *****s the offical release of Xp.
(2) Call the company complaints line...
(3) if they cant help you ask for a refund!
if they refuse to refund your product and you live in a 1st world country then your consumer rights have been violated and you can sue them, or at least report them to the appriopriate commision.
