Help playing pal DVD's on a USA NTSC PS2

Thanks Arakon for the help. I called one of the mod chip companies and the sales guy said that there is a hardware add on box that you can use that goes between your ntsc ps2 system and the USA TV. That it will convert the PAL signal coming out of the ntsc ps2 so it will play properly on a USA TV. Does anyone know of such a unit. Does it really exist or was he full of it? If it is available has anyone used it. what should it cost?
