How to back up Fly II ?

How to back up Fly II ?

Has anyone successfully backed up Fly II, not the original Fly or Fly 2k, but Fly II? I've tried making a copy of it and it stops at 97 percent. Is it just my burner, or does it need a patch or something? Please help.
