i ordered directly from hardstore...
i think hardstore are the one marketing it to all resellers... you can ask oscar about this... e-mail him and they will respond... i e-mailed them regarding the modchip and they responded well. I also e-mailed the origa brothers and they also responded... try to chek all the wirings? btw, how did you know the chip is not programmed?
