will no longer make bin file

Open cdrwin by clicking the third box on the top. select create disc image/cue sheet. select a image file name and destination. click start and it will create a bin,cue file, use ppf-o-matic to apply the patch to the bin file and burn back to cdr. but were do i get the image file from. i know theres one on the game but when i extract it all it makes is a cue file. any ideas?
