Editing Cd-Image files !
Hi guys !
I have made a Bin image of a PC game via CdrWin .. Its size is only 300mb .. I would like to burn it to a 700 mb cdr with some additional data .. is this possible ? I asked guys at irc .. but no one could help me out .. its a closed image thats why i can`t add anything into that image file. Please help . |

No.
Unpack the image to your hard drive then add the extra. Use CDMage for this http://cdmage.homepage.com/ If the format of the bin was important then you waste a 700 meg cd by burning just the bin. |

You YOU CAN DUMP THE CONTENTS of a bin and cue to your harddrive and then add files to the cd then burn it......BUT you have to MAAKE SURE there are no audio tracks on it with the data...using cdrwin will tell you that ...if just data make an image.yes...the use isobuster(likeCD image) and use the dropdown box and highlight the bin image line......then notice the cd label in Windows Explorer name a floder the exact same and highlight all the files in the bin and right click and extract..and point it to the folder called the cd label....isobuster will aslo tell you the cdlabell as you view whats inside the .bin file........always nice to label the cd like orig....if Audio track also...just burn as is...forget it..spend a buck and make another disk...... :-].......C.
