Oh man,
you are new with this things, aren't you  Ok. So stay cool, everything is all right with your burner. The unreadable sectors belong to the cd-protection, and I guess this is a SafeDisc1 or SD2 protected game (unreadable secs from approx. 85x-10000). Just read the cd out and burn it back with clonecd. Should work fine.
