What Ver is my PS2??

Heres the Info:
Model: SCPH - 30001 R
Serial: U0xxxxxx
Date Code: 1c
NTSC
Barcode:PT2xxxxxxx7

There is no 3rd screw in the drive bay but there is the "R" depicting a v5...what version is my PS2???? I have read on another site that some V5 PS2's were shipped with V4 boards....is this what i have here????
Any help would be appreciated....
