As see it has five folders and each has an exe file as the one you listed in games they go from 1 to 5 so its not reading the main one as can see second image its different parts to the game.

Changed this one MonkeyIsland101.exe to Launcher

I see you have the GOG Release Installed but you probably compress the Steam Release and then in the Records.ini stands steam so steam setup will installed and Then the Tales From Monkey Island icon is not Highlighted check this please.
