I found a method seems to works
=>28.4 Gb with one language

For language :
you have to select the 3 folders for the selected language
- Data "fifa_commentaryfull"
- Data "fifa_commentarylaunch"
- Patch "fifa_commentaryfull"

for example english:

Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_e ng_us\*
Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_e ng_us_2\*
Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentarylaunch _eng_us\*
Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentarylaunch _eng_us_2\*
Patch\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_ eng_us\*
Patch\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_ eng_us_2\*

for example russian:

Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_r us_ru\*
Data\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentarylaunch _rus_ru\*
Patch\Win32\superbundlelayout\fifa_commentaryfull_ rus_ru\*

Method I used with DiskSpanGui:

Data1 : *.cas exepted language folders (copy/paste in "exclusion")
Data2 : language folders
Data3 : other files ( copy/paste language folder in "exclusion" then add *.cas)

Data1: cdt+fifa19_oo2reck+xtool:dd3+LOLZ_NORMAL
Data2: cdt+fifa19_oo2reck+xtool:dd3+LOLZ_NORMAL
Data3: xtool:mreflate:dd3+razor_mtx

If you wants to do a selective installation you may makes several language data..

This games seems to be highly compressed and maybe be encrypted.
So compress will take around 6 hours (depends of your hardware)
And Install may took around 2 hours (need to decode/recompress which take time)

I don't like this kind of game, so I didn't keep it.
I ran a conversion/installation cycle to check that everything was OK.
But I can't help you any further.
