i think it's the ö in the DSG folder see Picture
start DSG with Developer and Change the dir and change the ö to o before you Compress the Game
thats should help if not let me know

So I need to repeat 26 hours of compression after I change a character . . .

No need to compress again, just delete the letters “ ö ”in the folder name after you extracted the rar file or you can try move conversion_output folder out the main gow folder.

There was no ö in any folder at the fist place. Anyway, it seems replacing "ö"s in DiskSpan or maybe the simpler compression method solved the problem. Thanks to Mausschieber for his compressor and installer and thanks to you all for your guides.
