i make a littebit mistake between old and new DSG but now after a few test it should work no need to recompress i think
download the new updated file

Thank you, finally both shortcuts can be used. if you don't mind can you include this registry for hawx 2? because without this registry hawx 2 won't run. Thank You

Sorry if it's a hassle, it still doesn't work. If I use the latest setup from the first post, the upplay launcher can be opened but cannot be used to play because in the upplay launcher the button is "download" not "play"

but if I delete the registry that was created from the setup in the first post and change it to something like this in the registry:
