i forgot to mention some facts regarding 'ISArcExAddDisksEx' in the above post.

* 'BaseDirInArc' is case-sensitive.
  - 'Bin' and 'bin' are not the same.

* You can also use it with sub-dirs like this:
  - ISArcExAddDisksEx('C:\Test\data-langs.bin', 'MyPwd', 'Bin64\Eng', 'D:\Test\Output');
