playstation copies

Hi i am totally new to the world of copies please can someone help.
Firstly on this home page there is a playable demo of the tiger woods game,does this take ages to download and is it worth doing.
Secondly i have a playstation game called tiger woods 99 pga tour golf,how is it possible for me to make a copy of this with a cdwriter and what discs do i use.
Any instrction will have to be in very simple englisdh believe me.
Any help appreciated
