Side note: The suspicion is obvious that "oo2core_4_win64_v3" is in fact at least "oo2core_7_win64". Stream count, Ratio and file size speaks for itself I think. But I have only tested on this single sample and this should not be used as an evidence at all. Libraries from this post.
