I think your folder structure have to be like this

[Executable1]
Name=Dishonored GOTY Edition
Exe=Dishonored.exe
ExePath=Dishonored\Binaries\Win32

[Executable2]
Name=Dishonored 2
Exe=Dishonored2.exe
ExePath=Dishonored2

[Executable3]
Name=Dishonored - Death of the Outsider
Exe=Dishonored_DO.exe
ExePath=Dishonored_DeathOfTheOutsider

If you're using different folder names make a Setup.ini and copy the above part and make changes. Save Setup.ini in the same folder where Setup.exe is.
