Dixen's method is correct, but I actually patched those videos out manually (not entirely sure why ) and put them back in with SFK.

For Tropico 6 v17, devs included PS5 and XBOX version audio inside Windows paks - using the dixen method with quickbms script v4.25, you can null this audio.
