Updated lz_scan to xtool 044 and added scripts to test all included libs and methods automatically on lz4, zstd and oodle.

New and completely rewamped version released. Contain ALL available zstd and lz4 libraries(I compiled missing ones myself) from github and more.

Thanks elit but the deepscan.bat and scan.bat files do not work the window just closes. the only thing that works is start_scan_other_codec.bat
i tried to drag and drop and also open the .bat files

Those others you are supposed to launch from cmd and point to a file.
