I think you have to go with classic SFK style, if what steamdb says is true you might find voiceovers for German.
Audio files aren't known best for compressibility but still. Try playing around with oodle too, maybe.

Already checked the localisation before I left the house this morning. The German voice files don't take up that much space. Zlib compression is used, not oodle.
